What is a pre-order?

At Elena Velez, a pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet produced. An estimated shipping date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product description.

What if I order an item that is currently available and a pre-order item?

Mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items: the products will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. We’ll cover the pre-sale shipping fee.

What if I order two different pre-sale items that do not have the same estimated shipping dates?

Orders consisting of pre-order items with different estimated shipping dates: the products will be shipped together on the latest estimated shipping date.

Your credit card will be charged for the full pre-sale retail amount along with any taxes and fees at the time of check-out. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the pre-sale package is shipped. The purchase of pre-order items can only be made on our website, www.elenavelez.com.

• Elena Velez is not responsible for minor variations in fabric due to re-sourcing.

All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and such you will forfeit all or part of your money if you choose to cancel your order.

The customer is aware that they are receiving a discount to accept part or all of the risk in the purchase.
